WTB: Unstamped Blank 2.4 Engine Case
I finally found a good 2.2 unstamped case for my 70E so I'm going to try my luck at finding one for my 2.4E shell. I found a 2.4E longblock with a serial that is close to the one originally in my car but I would love to have the actual motor or an unstamped case. My car is a very late delivery with engine # 6231960. From what I gather it would have been a 7R case but my guess is finding a small spigot 7R blank case is going to be next to impossible so any 2.4 blank case would be great. Let me know if you have something collecting dust.

Up...thought I found the original engine for my car but no luck. Still looking for original engine or unstamped 2.4 or 7R case

fresinger have got a 6232XXX case
FREISINGER MOTORSPORT - Porsche: Historic racing cars, Restoration, Tuning, Cars & parts deep breath ... they wanted 20,000 euro +19% VAT for a complete 2.4 E core motor i enquired about.
