rear panel replacement
I was recently rear ended and need to replace my rear (engine) panel/lid. I need some help getting in in the right direction to find this.
It is for a 912 (1969). Thanks |

I have been looking into this as well. Restoration Design sell the real cross member panel for $475 which looks like the same one sold by S t o d company for more money. Call Mike at Restoration Design and talk to him. He is very nice. He just sent me some pics of the part.

I have been looking for the center section of the body for my 66, most places that I have found either have it on back order or just don't have it. The PO of my car had replaced it with a 70's reflector tag "PORSCHE" and large black bumper guards.
 Still looking!
