H-4 headlights, can the inside be cleaned?
Cheapskate owner question: has anyone tried to take apart a H-4 headlight?
I have euro Cibie lights that has spots for city lights, not installed. That hole has allowed water to enter the light despite my best efforts to keep it out. Now, the lens and reflector are hazy. I think they just need to be cleaned and resealed. Thoughts?

Could you remove the bulb assemblies and then just pour in some solvent and slosh it around?

Any thoughts on what kind of solvent or cleaner that would attack that haziness but not damage the reflector?

I tried all sorts of solvents on sealed Hella driving driving lights with some kind of white stuff deposited on the inside surface of the lens. Bottom line was nothing worked!
