Help Korijo get a Wheel Chair-Donations Being taken
Some of you may not know of Korijo's fight with ALS. A disease that takes away your ability to move... literally.
He needs a motorized wheel chair now and could use a van with which to get around in. There are so many different ideas floating around within the post Korijo posted on 914club.com asking for help with ideas to raise money for a motorized chair and possibly a van with which to carry him. This is my idea; It would be far simpler to just give the money (and probably more cost effective) than to put on a show or swap meet or???, this way there would be no overhead to pay out towards rental of an area and Korijo would get all the money faster than waiting for an event to happen. This would be the easy & fast way. Sometime that's not the best way, I know, but Korijo doesn't have much time and, deffinetly, not much energy left. I spoke with Brad Roberts about taking donations thru PayPal on the www.914club.com site. He said let's do it. There are hundreds upon hundreds of club members here. If each one of us just donated $10 to $15 each Korijo would have his chair in no time at all. I just put in $25 to see how easy it is to actually go thru PayPal. It went thru with no hassle. No designation is necessary. All funds donated to the PayPal acct. will go toward Korijo's chair. If you don't have a Paypal account to do this checks can be mailed to: SSI C/O Brad Roberts 20 Pamaron Way Novato, Ca. 94949 Let's do this for a fellow 914'er. Whadda ya say?   bruce

What's the 914 Club's Paypal e-mail address.
I want to use Paypal "Send Money" feature through Paypal rather than following the link on the 914Club site. If you use the 914 Club's link, there is no way to designate that this is for Korijo vs. a donation for the website. Thanks, Karl Ellzey

Scott, yes, make it out to him and he will deposit it into the PayPal account.
Karl, no need for designation. Everything that goes into the PayPal account is earmarked for Korijo as per Brad. bruce

If everyone donates $9.14, $19.14, $49.14, $109.14, etc. into the account, Korijo will be set! Let's help a fellow teener-nut who's very dedicated for creating a legacy for his kids! Who's next to donate? Regards,

Here's my attempt to help.
Please get the word out to every Porsche list, club, board, etc. Normally i get up to $40 just for the art work with shirt and shipping extra. I'd really like to see thisauction go as high as possible.

These things cost upwards of $10,000. I've seen them for more.
