1.7 & 2.0 ECU compatible?

Is the 1.7 and 2.0 F.I. ECU brain compatible with each other?

If you mean will they actually function when swapped, most or all of them will. If you mean are they identical, then they are not--with one exception, the 1973 2.0 ECU is the same as some of the 1.7 ECUs.

The car may not run correctly with the wrong ECU.
