Fiberglass front bumper part II
Thanks for the great info in the original post. Now I am wondering if any of you that have a front fiberglass bumper mounted could post some pictures and which brand? I tried looking through the links listed for those that did but couldn't find any pictures of their final product.
Even closeups of steel bumper fitment would be great too. [Corrected the spelling of "bumper". Sorry, you caught me at the wrong time I guess. --DD] Last edited by Dave at Pelican Parts; 08-19-2003 at 02:30 PM.. |

I "almost" shot pics when I just reinstalled mine a couple weekends ago. I will take & post some if/when I switch my spoiler to dzus fasteners.
The installation I did basically mimicked the early chrome bumper setup. I installed rivnuts on the bumper's "bracket" area (just a fiberglass tab on each side) and used stock dogbones with stainless bolts in the stock wheel-well holes.
