I "think" that those are wheel covers, not rims. Either way cool pic.

cant be wheel covers...you can see the brake rotor through them. look to be five lug formula vee wheels

Look like wheel covers to me. The brake rotor you see there is the black backing on the covers. Something people did/do to make their cars cooler. Interesting PORSCHE stripe on the side too.

...are very odd looking. Red on the top and orange below? Very strange. Maybe just a picture anomoly?
