impeller housing removal
Is there a way to remove the entire fan housing (both front and rear together?) Or must I remove the front half then the rear half. Also do I need to remove the fan?

Just remove the fam and the four bolts behind it and the entire housing should come off in one piece.

and don't forget the 5th bolt on the bracket on the oil cooler....
