i removed the passenger side rocker panel because the jacking hole had shifted and was jammed against the top of the hole in the rocker panel. so it turns out that the jack hole mount is rusted right out of the frame rail that runs front to back. there is also a rust hole in the inside of that frame rail as well.what is going to be the best way to fix this? any input is welcome as i dont know alot about this kind of body work . thanks in advance. Richard.

You won't be overjoyed.
Search for 'hell hole' and 'repair' maybe. M
