I'll look forward to seeing the schematic, is I do want to do that particular conversion.

ps. you were dead on right about the high beam indicator light vs the high beam trigger signal wire. Quite easy to get them confused. I took too much on face value from other posts and diagrams. Lesson for me! (and everyone else too I would guess.)
