Confused Electrical System

[Eat-um-up]

Hopefully someone out there has had this problem. my great big brake light flashes when the car is off. My alternator light does not ever turn on, even with the ignition on and the car not running. However, the charging system is fantastic according to the shop. My guess is that the generator light is wored into the break light but im not sure. it looks more like a short to me. anyone have any ideas?

Hello

Check if the bulb from the idiot light works.

For the brake look at the switch on the pedal and if the light goes off when you hit the brake.
