Here is the sheet metal welded in. Man this car is made of some thin stuff. I still need to put some 3M seam sealer on the seams. Then I'll grind it smooth. Finally, I'll POR 15 the whole area.

I used part of today to clear some rust out of the channel that houses the weatherstripping for the front trunk. I then primered over the bare metal areas that were left. Finally, I used a 3M product to glue in the new weatherstripping.
