Replacing mirror glass

Anyone know of replacement glass for the 914's mirrors? I've seen these for the 911 and the 356, but not the 914. Also what is the easiest way to remove the rubber shroud from around the mirror?

Mark, I unbolted the mirrors last week. I converted the driver's side to the passenger's. First, get 2 small screwdrivers, perferably the type for eyeglasses. At the long side of the mirror, pry one of the screwdriver into the plastic and the tin, then do the same thing on the opposite side. *gently* lift the plastic gasket out, one side at a time until the black plastic is loose. the mirror should drop out if you turn it upside down. If you want to convert it into a passenger's side, just loosen the bolt inside the mirror and turn it 180 degrees. Same thing for the base.
Hope that helps...
