Early e-brake handle boot?

Hello:
I am looking for the rubber bellows-style boot which covers the joint on the folding early emergency brake handles. It is black rubber and my recollection is it has a plastic pin that secures it to the handle. My car did not have one when I got it and I would like to find one.

I know someone knows where to get one of these or maybe even has a nice one sitting in a cabinet unused.....
