Placing fat order with Sheridan
I spoke with Roger today and made sure he was up and running in his "newer" facility (his house isnt quite done) and he assured me he could fill my order.
If your thinking about Rogers fiberglass (any of it) for your 914 give me a list of what you would like. I get nice pricing on bulk orders and duplicates. Bottom line.. I'll pass the savings onto the consumer. Here is his link: http://www.ultimate914.com/ Let me know if you need anything. I plan to deliver 2 wide noses to him and pick up a air damn from him late next week. Your order would be placed when I arrive and be ready within a 3-4 weeks of the order placing. If you have not seen Roger's glass in person.... you are missing out. B |

How do there rear trunk lids look? Are they braced well. I saw one that wasn't and seemed pretty weak, I don't know what brand it was. I'd be interested if they look good. Do they make them with built in spoiler? Inquiring minds want to know.

I dont recall if Roger even makes decklids. I know he makes decklid "skins" for me others. We actually stock a rear lid with the typical rear spoiler moulded in... but I think it is a skin also. I'll check tomorrow. Send a "bump" to this post to help remind me.
Geeez, you just reminded me that I was supposed to place a order for the lids your referring too and a Getty carbon dash. Ok.. another order. Do you want front and rear ?? I know I can get them. They will drop ship straight to you. I'm ordering (from another source) 2 rear lids (no spoiler) these are exact dupes of the factory lids 2 fronts (exact dupes) with hinge points and strikers Carbon fiber 911 style dash (for 914) I get about 30% off list pricing (partnered with a body shop that does a ton of fiberglass work with these people) B |

I have a nice front already, just need rear. Would like the molded spoiler but if it's a well made lid that fits nice I'll take it either way.

I would like the rear SCCA legal spoiler (wing) and I also believe I need rear valance (the piece that goes below the bumper with the exhaust cut outs). My car came with one but it has only 1 cut out and doesn't appear to fit very well.

You say "legal" ...what class ?? SCCA GT2 allows a 6 inch rear wing where GT3 only allows a 3 inch rear wing. I would say get the 6 inch rear wing and cut it if you have too.
I actually have the 6 inch in stock. I'm out of the 3 inch. Oh.. Roger doesnt sell a rear valance. The only valance he offers comes with the complete one piece rear clip (widebody) Most people dont run one... it traps heat and air under the car. B |

I really like those Sheridan kits, but they're a bit too wide for my wheel/tyre budget
![]() IIRC even his "narrow" body requires 10" wheels... Ask him to build a set that's closer to the width of the regular GT flares Cheers, Jeroen |

I am interested in the rear lid, also. Any pictures of the spoiler integrated into the lid?
Thanks

Ahh the runoff's I thought I had forgot about those... I supported two cars myself with a helper. Upon showing up I already knew I had to put motors in both cars as the engine builder was not finished when the truck left. First day of official practice Bruce was second fastest and Roland was 8th in a field of 40+EP cars. As qualifying went through the three days, Roland qualified 9th and Bruce 11th. However the last day of qualifying Bruce ripped the nose and left front fender off the car, along with the oil cooler. We had the next two days off untill the race and had planned to go to the go-kart track. Nope, I worked from 7am-10pm both days to get the cars ready for the race. The race was a bumper car race and most of the top ten was shuffled quite a bit in the first two laps. Bruce got up to 6th place until lap 15 and the motor lost an oil seal, causing all of the motor to be pumped out of the motor. Roland who was involved in a crash on the second lap was able to make it back up to 9th place. So looking back the runoff's were a lot of fun, but also a lot of work.

I'll show pics using the CMM machine to layout the new adapter, that should make up for the use of plywood.
