I need a complete A/C.
I am looking for a complete A/C, DPD underdash preference.
It'd be nice if it works, but overall appearance is more important. Thanks M

Damnit!
What's wrong with you people!?? Have you never owned a complete anything!?? ![]() Do you just wander through life looking at the bits? Another thing! In your daily lives, I am sure you have seen the other parts I need, and you could have easily said, "Hey! All I need is that doomawhatschit, and the wanglehingy, and I'll have a complete a/c!".. ...but NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO... All I have to trade is money, let me know what all you have, and how much-n-stuff. Thanks again.. M hendrix@gregwilliams.com

The reason I don't call it a complete system is that the 30+ year old lines were shot, so I trashed them. It was complete when I pulled it out to build a track car.
What I have; Front condenser with cone cover. pd underdash unit crank pulley AC bracket and compresser(most likely need rebuild) So, the only thing missing is the lines, which most people would replace anyway. $350+shipping Byron in Jax. Quote:

A suggestion... If you are going to put AC in your 914, consider putting in a rotary compressor. I bought the R134a conversion kit for my wife's 74 914 with a DPD unit, and on a 100+ degree day in Texas it was so cold in the car we were shivering and had to turn it down. You will have to replace all the hoses for the car, and the kit is about 300.00 but well worth it. I put it in 3 years ago and the only thing that has gone wrong with it in that time is the power relay for the AC system failed.
