General: Very simple fun Poker Rally. Each car gets a Hooters Punch Card as well
as a playing card at the beginning (first Hooters at PV). They then proceed to
collect another playing card (one per car only) at each of the other 4 Hooters.
Order of visit to each Hooters may be important so pay attention when the
Rallymaster gives out the final instructions during the Drivers meeting at 11:30
AM Sharp. There are five (5) Hooters in Jacksonville and the surrounding areas
which will be visited during the card game process and rally event. All 5 are
listed below with their address and phone numbers. We do not want anyone getting
lost. There will be a maximum number of car entrants open to PCA and non-PCA
members. First 52 get in. Pre-register with the FORM provided on the
www.PCAFCR.org website to reserve your place. 52 is the max because a brand new
deck of playing cards is 52 and each Hooters location will have their special
“marked” deck for the event so leave your own cards at home – they won’t work.
We finish with a great Wings Party at the Orange Park Hooters.

Cost: PCA Members - $10/car - Non-PCA Members - $20/car

Directions: Each rally team will be required to register at the check-in table
located at the first Hooters with Rally Chairman, Byron von Dwyer. Upon
registration you will receive the appropriate paperwork to continue on your
quest for excellence. You will then proceed to visit all the remaining four
(4)Hooters located in the area to pick a card from a deck that the RALLY MASTER
has given the manager at each restaurant. Remember those cards will be marked.
Keep the 5 cards you get close to your chest. You will learn more at the final
Hooters in Orange Park. Plan to be at the Hooters at Orange Park no later than 3
PM (same day preferable – Ha Ha). There will be ways to improve your hand; I'll
give that info out the day of the Rally. First car out will be 12 noon sharp
followed by the next car at specifically spaced intervals which will be
determined by the number of entrants and the Rally Master. More to follow when
everyone gets there. Rally ends at the Hooters in Orange Park. Enjoy a full
Wings Party.
