914 Interior and Quick Six Mount!!
Hello,
I have a complete interior set for a Porsche 914... 2 Seats-Black Vinyl will Clothe Inserts-Vinyl expectional with a small wearmark on drivers seat...Clothe has a few very small imperfections that look to be from the original clothe rather than holes/rips/burns... Door Panels-Black Excellent Backpad-Excellent, Black light works too Boot!! Center Console-Plastic tray with Excellent Top cushion... Arm Rests-I have both, very nice but the Driver's pocket is a little bent-Will include for free... I have had to have the whole interior recovered on one of these cars before, so I know how much it costs...I am looking for $200.00 for the seats, $100.00 for the Door Panels, $125.00 for the Backpad + $25.00 for the Center Cushion...If sold as a Set I will Gladly give you a break on the full price of $450.00, so shoot me an Email and lets discuss!! This is good stuff and hard to come by!! Also I have a Quick Six mount...I paid $150.00 + Shipping for it so I would like to get that back...It looks to have been made by an Individual or Machine Shop and is much beefer than some of the Other I have seen...It is a 2x2 inch square pipe cut to the proper length with Holes for the 914 Engine mounting Bolts with a 1/2 inch piece of shaped steel welded onto fit the 911 engine...Also it has 2 right triangles in the corners of the Bar/Shaped Steel joint welded in for extra Strength...Previous user employed in his 2.7 Race Car...I was planning on using in my 2.7 914 project, but I got sidetracked with motorcycles!! I decided on this instead of the Bulk head mount for two reasons...1. It requires no Modification to 914 body or 911 Engine-Ie. you could switch back to a four in a Weekend if desired, 2. with the bulk head mount the mounting surface is something like 14 inches on the firewall, whereas with this mount the weight/rotational torgue from the engine is spread across the width of the 914 body to engine mounting brackets, which in my limited Physics background would seem to A. spread the weight more evenly and B. spread the rotational stress over a larger area, which I was tought is always a good thing...You draw your own conclusion!! Anyway $150.00 + Shipping... Thanks, Ron 863-221-8534
