Challauer... whats the difference between "fender flares" and a "body kit"? Are you refuring to the retarded 9014 body kit and other stuff like that?

That kit is the dumbest thing ever to happen to a 914, besides that kit that makes it look like an old racecar like the kit on ebay!!

Just for the record, I think that underbody lighting is dumb too

Challauer, can you post a link for the ebay car your talking about? Getting a 914 to look like a 904 is a lot of work...more than the 9014 kit can acheive. But when done right, its probably one of the best looking old race cars, along with the Ferrari's and GT40 look of that era. As for the underbody lighting, I wouldn't spend the money... but i think its kind of neat to know that when they glow, i can go..faster then they can on most small, curvy roads

Well i wouldn't buy it... but its not the worst thing i've seen. Seems like the guy who built it did a good job...puting turbo brakes and nice gotti rims on it. Galto's got a point... could you add in a 6 or turbo in the poll? or does it only let you do 4 items? There was a guy at this last German Auto Fest who had a 3.3 turbo engine down to a 3.2, Mercedes 8cyl CIS metering head with 2 ports blocked off, a 3.2 intake manifold cut in half and modified to make room for a 935 vertical fan set up, twin turbos then feeding into a huge innercooler in the trunk. He said before he installed it, it was putting out around 550HP at the crank. It was a black 914. Sick stuff. Although i thought the car looked like crap, he could have done a much better job on the exterior.
