I recently bought this 914 at an auction and have decided not to restore it. it has too many rust holes in the usual places and i'm sure the engine doesn't run. it does have some good parts though. Just let me know what you need.

sorry guys but it looks like i'm going to try to sell it as a whole, my dad convinced me that i really don't have the time to be messing with another one. i have my good one under the cover,waiting for some attention. if anyone's interesting in a parts car or want one to restore, let's talk! it's got air conditioning and a 150mph speedo!

I am asking 1000 for the car, the car is mostly complete but does not run. it smells like it has been sitting for a while. i was going to try to see if i could get it running but i just don't have the time to work on it, then i was going to part it out but i don't have time for that either. i can deliver the car or meet someone within reasonable distance. i have more pics if anyone is interested, just let me know and i can email them to you,

is it a 1.7 or 2.0?

i believe its a 2.0 but i'm not exactly sure, i don't know how to tell the difference, i do know it doesn't look like the 1.7 in my 72 914. i'll see if i can find out what it is for sure tomorrow.
