FS: '71 1.7L Motor & '70 Transmission

I have for sale the following items:

'71 1.7L motor, serial number W0059242. Includes alternator, tin, two temp sensors, everything in the pictures. Not sure of it's internal condition as I have not had it running. Was originally fuel injection (ie, FI cam). Would make for a good rebuild candidate, or set it up and give it a whirl. $150.

'70 transmission, serial number 914/HA0014532. Like the engine, I've never had this running, but everything spins freely and it shifts into gears. $100. pic1 pic2 pic3

Please email if you have questions. Because I never had these running I obviously have to sell them as-is. I'm located just outside Milwaukee, about 1 1/2 hrs. from Chicago. Local pickup is preferred, but if you want to arrange pickup by a shipper I'll be happy to make the items available.

I’ve decided to pull the motor apart (which is a lot of fun by the way), and sell the parts.

So, if you need any of the following let me know: Heads, Pistons & Cylinders (P&C’s), Alternator, Flywheel, F.I. CAM, Oil Cooler, Case, Fan, Sensors, Bolts, Nuts, Studs, etc.

The tin is sold.

I still have the tail-shift tranny for sale.
