Willz, I have a 0 hour 1.7 with rebuilt heads on an engine stand ...running and I can't get $750 for it. Tell you what, I'll be in South Florida at Thanksgiving ...I'll bring you all the 1.7's you want for that $ and you sell them. OH I'm no hacker, been building VW's for 30 years and Type IV's for 10 years. My son was "E"production Southeastern Region SCCA champ in98 with a Type IV that we built for a 914 that has seen 7800RPM and ran 7000 consistantly.
