Exclamation STOLEN FUCHS ALLOYS by NOEL AMBROSIO

Someone named Noel Ambrosio (sp?) stole my friend's 4 finished early 6s, 2@ late 15x7s (unfinished originals), one 15x4 1/2, and his friend's set of 16s (don't know widths).
Noel A posed as a buyer for my friend's unfinished/almost finished '69 S. Noel A also claimed (lied) to be a member of the RGruppe.
Please help/keep an eye out for these/him. Some more info on the SRegistry.

This happened three weeks ago, August 20th. Either in Santa Clarita or Palmdale (Southern California).
I will try to find out more info, was distracted by the Speedster/train wreck disaster as we were trying to leave the GAF/Ventura.

I believe the guys name is Noel and he ripped of our shop as well. He passed a bad check for some parts a few months back. I did some research on the guy and turns out he has an extensive criminal background. Whats say we try and lure him into a trap and have his sorry butt arrested? As it is I think he's on parole. I believe he's trying to fill a shipping container to send overseas, so maybe we could run some ads for wheels and try to get him to respond.

If you get any more detail info on this guy, let me know, I live in Santa Clarita... and I will pass it on to the 914 guys I know out here.

One of my 914 buddies is an LA Sheriff, used to race 911's and has lots of contacts.

Name is NOEL, not Neil

Sorry, I thought that my friend had said Neil... the guy's name is NOEL AMBROSIO. Just so you know that he was not using a different first name. He is about 5'6", Filipino, stocky build (beer belly/gut). He was driving a Mazda minivan (maybe green or brown, my friend said it was dark out, didn't see/remember license plate). This happened in Santa Clarita. His cell phone has I.D. block.
He had found out about the '69 S through a friend of my friend and told him that he needed the alloys to get them powder-coated. The 16s were 6s and 7s.
He was at one time a member of the RGruppe, but was the first (only?) member kicked out (for ripping people off).
Thanks for listening. Take care.

Did anybody ever ship anything to this guy... i.e. does anybody have an address he was using?

I was thinking that if this guy is on parol he will have to report to his parole officer, have an address on file, and be ultimately reachable, right? So, has anyone filed a police report or sought advice from the local PD? Just a few thoughts.
Crooks deserve their own special place in hell,

Scams By NOEL Ambrosio

Hello Dave Bell,
On the '911 Used Parts For Sale...', jimbo had this as an address:

9 Calle de Cabos
Phillips Ranch, CA 91766

TRE said to contact Ted Barba @ (805) 497-3969.
Also, I received a PM that the Huntington Beach PD has an investigation going... I will have my friend contact them.

Hey Mike,
His parole officer sounds good, too. Will figure out how to contact them to see who lost touch with Noel A....

Thanks to everyone for help/support. Hopefully, Noel Ambrosio will be caught/convicted/removed soon....

I also contacted Ted and he was very helpful. Even gave me his home phone. Ted needs police reports so that he has documentation numbers to go to other agencies with. Apparently Noel has crossed state lines in commiting one or more of his many offenses and that makes him a Federal criminal. We'll get him yet.

Crossing State Lines

In the '911 Used Parts...' (3rd post, 1st page), Ubiquity0 posted a link showing other threads about others being ripped off. Soterik has a thread, "Bought R wheels, and haven't received them...". Since Soterik is in Washington, I thought that this would be mail fraud and covered by the FBI.
