Bottom line: How much do you want to spend, considering that you're not asking for much?

Be prepared to pare your list down quite a bit, especially if your wallet isn't very thick, and you're talking about 914's.

This one went to $16K about 2 weeks ago and did not meet the reserve amount. Its very nice but not a pristine concours car if you dig deep enough.

If you're looking for a 914 using the specific preferences you listed, than any overpriced/oversold eBay swan should fill your bill. You'll get whatever documentation you want (truthful or otherwise), and whatever bag of warm fuzzies it'll take to get it sold to at least its reserve.

You (still) haven't stated HOW MUCH ($$$) you want to spend on your 914 search, and whether this example will be garage jewelry or daily-driven. Mechanical aptitude, knowledge of 914's, how firm you are on your spec list, all would be helpful.
