WTB flapper/ thermo and misc pieces

I need the flapper pieces and a good thermostat(or if you know of a place that has new t-stats, LMK)

I need everything in the pic below:




in addition I need one of the "foam" foot rests(72+ 914) on the passenger side,

and I need a passenger-side seat rail, the part that attaches to the floor... (late kind with tilt for a movable pass. seat.)
