Noah, I disagree. A group buy was ok'ed and done here on Pelican. The only person not to pay for his was nein14. I think that should be public information since he now refuses to pay for his jacket.

Noah, I paid for the jacket and can prove that with no problem. Mr. Burns owes me a public apology for posting personal information in a public forum.
He keeps telling the public that the jacket wasn't paid for that is false and misleading information and grounds for legal action. |

Noah, I have sent a email to Wayne asking for help resolving this issue.
Emails and a phone call seem to be unable to get payment from nein14 for his jacket. John (nein14) knows well the jacket he has was not paid for since his payment was refunded after the jacket was delivered. Group buys are done to benefit the membership. It would be nice to get a little help on this. |

As Mr Burns well knows the jacket was paid for . Mr Burns sent a refund a month later to me , his error. When he notified me I email him that once I verified the refund he sent in ERROR had posted, I would refund again his error. However he did not want to wait so on 7/12 he proceeds to send 24 harassing emails and then posted my personal Paypal transaction info on this site. Only after contacting you did it stop. After his a@#hole behavior I told him to post an apology on this site and he will get the money he refunded to me in error. So now Dane Iam waiting... |

Jun. 28, 2005 a full refund was made in error Jacket was shipped June 12 which you have acknowledged receiving. A full refund was sent in error on Jun. 28, 2005. Which I had asked to be returned on the same date. Others involved in the group buy who received refunds in error immediately returned them. Since then I have received nothing but excuses as to why payment was not being made. I delivered around 70 jackets to members on Pelican and only one person has stiffed me....that would be JOHN INNAURATO, aka, nein14 or nein11. You never received any excuse about a refund . I told you in my email to you that I would refund your error when it post back to my credit card. You insisted it went to my Paypal account and it did not.
You were the one you has posted false , misleading information about what happened here and have tried to damage my reputation! You harrassed me with your 24 emails in 0ne day 7/12/05 as well as the other ones that follow after that and calling my home and screaming like an a@#hole last night after I email you and told you its very easy , aplogize in this forum for your rude, obnoxious, abusive behavior and you'll get the refund you sent in error the same day. Otherwise you know what you can DO!!!!!!!! |
