22 mm Weltmeister sway bar (front), and 250# rear springs

i have a 75 914 2.0 that was an AX-er. PO has the sway bar and rear springs and if anyone has an interest here let me know and i won't put them on Ebay. i am trying to tone down the ride for the bad roads in the SF bay area, and am thinking of going to 100# rear coil overs, and either a 19mm Weltmeister front bar, or do i need one at all. i have 911s suspension on this puppy too, so if i make it too tame, i just neutralize any of the great suspension extras the PO made. Any suggestions would be appreciated. thanks!
