FS: 5 Lug Rear Hub Conversion Kit

These are a pair of correctly built 5X130 rear hubs for the Porsche 914. Use these to convert the rear of your 914 to the 5X130 Porsche bolt pattern. The hubs were professionally built on an excellent condition 914-4 rear hub set. The kit includes the hub pair modified to the 5X130 pattern, ten of the Verbus studs (10.9 harness, 14mm X 45mm) installed and a new pair of SKFs heavy duty rear wheel bearings.

There are hundreds of these sets in use, here in the US and abroad. When built correctly they will stand up to the test of street, autocross, race, 914-6 and 914-V8 applications for a lifetime.

The conversion process this rear hub set went through was:

1. Degreasing and media blasting each hub.
2. Visual inspection of hub for damage to mounting surfaces, bolt holes and bearing surface.
3. Drilling and back-cutting for the 5 X 130 Porsche bolt pattern.
4. Installation of Verbus studs (no US, Mexican or Brazilian studs used here). This is done with a 20 ton press and stud receiver to ensure correct stud installation depth and alignment.
5. Each hub is checked for wheel fit and rotor fit (ID).
6. A single rotor retention screw hole can be drilled and tapped at your request. I'll need to know what rear rotor you plan to use befor doing this.
7. One last trip to the media blaster. The hubs are hand cleaned befor being sent to the plater.
8. After the yellow zinc was applied the studs threads were re-inspected.
