E Production 2.0 six race engine HSR SCCA
The parts listed below can only be sold after the engine sells, or as a package. I am sorry for the confusion, if you have interest please email or PM me, and you will be put in line for what I have. I have other things that will go after these items sell.
I built this engine two years ago, and it has 11 hours on it. Leak down was checked at 8% cold, but hot it should come down. The base motor is as follows: This engine will make over 200 hp in EP trim, and Should make over 210 with larger venturis in HSR configuration Specs: Counterweighted “S” crank Pauter machine connecting rods Aluminum straight cut intermediate shaft gears, (yes it sounds like a blower) 911 T case with internal airflow work, and polishing, boatailed cases, and cylinders Oil passages and connections smoothed Blue printed oil pump, with bypass modification Birel cylinders bored to 81mm using torque plate mounted to cases Escuchie Pistons, high compression 13.3:1 Cylinder heads ported with stainless valves and AASE springs Elgin Camshaft 314 degrees and .518 lift Cam drive gears REM finished Stomski mechanical tensioners Manifolds match ported for 40mm webers Early engine shroud Alternator gutted with spindle installed (Engine has electromotive installed but will be sold separately) Thermostat block off hardware installed -16 AN oil inlet -12 An outlet installed Without race prepped 40mm Webers 7,500 With Race prepped Webers. 8,800 Race prepped Weber carburetors (No manifolds) 1500.00 These have modified shafts, tall secondary venturis, bowl modifications, 38mm primary venturis, PMO -6AN fuel fittings, ITG filters, linkage and a compete jetting kit with several sets of jets and carburetor parts. Buyer will get the pressure regulator and the AN lines for the carburetors. I mount this just above the engine shelf in front of the fan, so the fuel stays cool. These carbs have well over 40 hours of work into them. Complete ported spare cylinder head with valves 350.00 I would like to sell this with the engine 914-6 Race exhaust 1250.00 This exhaust is the culmination of hours of dyno testing. It is a 6 into 2 into 1 system. 1 ½ primary that are stepped into 1 5/8 into triangle shaped collectors with a tapered section to a diffuser, to the secondary collector to a Spintech muffler. The system can be oriented right or left exit, and has been less than 98 db at all tracks. The secondary system from the collectors back is all stainless. The front system is not coated, and will need a thermal barrier coating when received. These headers will cost in excess of 3,000 to purchase from Cox motorsports or escargo Electromotive HPV1 Single plug 450.00 This is a complete kit without the pulley or pick up. You will get Clewett Engineering wires. And a mounting plate and the coil assemblies Spare Webers and manifolds 1250.00 These are clean, and were to be a development set of carbs, they are bolt on and have been test run, but are not modified in any way. Fidanza aluminum Flywheel and tilton 5.5 pressure plate and clutch 750.00 This unit has two races on it and will bolt to any 6 bolt Porsche crank I will make a package deal available to anyone interested.
