It would be helpful to a prospective buyer if you provided some details such as the year of the car it came from, type of struts and rotors, brake caliper bolt spacing and general condition of calipers and struts. From the pictures if is hard to tell but it looks like early solid rotors. An alumimum cross member is a plus to most buyers.

You are right. It allows you to get five bolts hubs but you have solid rotors and not much better brakes with very expensive ball joints.
