It costs $15.00 just to ship it to Cali.
Since reasonable offer does not seen to work for this listing, I will set a price of $20.00+shipping.

Hi Gunther,
My opinion, which should not be construed by anybody to think it represents anybody elses opinion, is the problem with 'reasonable offer' is the buyer doesn't know what you think a reasonable offer is, and a buyer hopes to not pay more than the lowest price a seller is willing to accept. I threw out a low ball to see if i could get an idea of what you thought was reasonable. It is a nice looking center arm rest.

I agree too. Your point is very valid and well taken.
As a seller who doesn't know the value of his product, or is not aware of the market conditions, it would be impossible to sell a $50 item for $1000. My putting "reasonable offer" was intended to create a win-win situation for both buyer and seller. I'm not here to screw anyone over, nor be taken advantage of. My intention is to give a buyer a good deal and allow enough money to be made for my time and effort. I have also come to realize that "reasonable offer" is a relative term. A $20 item to a local person can be reasonable, yet to a Canadian, $20+$20 shipping +$20 tax and duty becomes unreasonable. I see I will not be using this term again. Thank you for bringing it to my attention. It is appreciated.
Thanks for hearing me out.
Best wishes,
Gunther
