914-6 engine mount sheetmetal
hello all.
I would like to use the correct original mount for the six..does anyone have the sheetmetal , the rubber, or the engine bracket please? I also need a real good or new oiltank.. happy New Year to all.. David Thanks |

Thanks to Bruce, and to Tom, and Rich, who also emailed me to offer help with the engine tin.
This is such a great community! I do need some engine tin, but am really struggling to find the engine mounting parts: the part welded to the firewall, and those bolted to the engine.. Can anyone sell me these? I want the original type..and yes I know the aftermarket mounts are in many ways better! Kind regards David |

Check for firewall mount with Auto Atlanta.....Hate to suggest that but he has weird stuff.

I have an engine mount for a 916 conversion. It bolts to the engine and to the frame. No welding. Also, I have four pieces of engine tin, new, Porsche original, with the Porsche part number stickers on them. These parts were never used. In addition I have other parts such a oil tank with level transmitter and oil tankaccesories. If interested, contact me at agdex@juno.com Louis |
