It looks as if the Engine is going to go at a bargin rate!
I'm posting the information from the auction as an FYI: 1969 911E Stock 2.0L MFI engine Great Condition Headers, Heat Exchange and muffler not included ~103K miles Engine was running good when removed from the vehicle I traded this engine for my 3.0L SC c.10 years ago for a 914/6 club race project that was never finished. It has roughly 103K miles with no known previous rebuilds or mods done. The engine ran great at all operating RPM ranges when it was removed from the vehicle in 2000. A leak-down test was performed on the Engine, by the previous owner, before I traded and all cylinders had good pressure & leak-down and were all consistent with each other. I have not repeated this test myself as I have never run this engine since it was purchased. This Engine has been stored in a climate controlled warehouse ever since I purchased it. There is one spark plug wire that was damaged in storage when it was moved as you can see from picture. The sheet metal is in good condition with exception of one small pannel that is bent but is in repairable condition. I have additional detailed close up photos that I can send to you if interested and will be happy to answer any additional questions that you may have concerning this engine. So please feel free to contact me any time. |
