Wanted: 1.8 or 2.0 running engine
Hey everyone,
I am in need of a running engine with a recent rebuild. The engine that I have now had a bad dropped valve seat so I would just rather get a running engine istead of rebuilding the old engine. please e-mail me with any info and prices you might have. Thank you, ~Dustin Wayman |

rebuilt 1.8
I just picked up a car with a rebuilt 1.8 that starts instantly and runs great. I was told that it had a big bore kit and all kinds of other stuff. I really can't vouch for that, but it sure runs like brand new.
It is currently running with one Pinto type Weber that is also brand new. This rebuild is so new it is not even dusty. A rebuild like this cost about $1900. I could pull it and deliver it to Austin for $1,200. I live near Tulsa, but my brother lives in Austin and I get down there a lot. Let me know what you think. Sammy. |
