Yes it is down. Another 914world member told me the site was getting bombed from an unknown source with mega doses of data so it was taken off the web to rectify. Haven't heard any further updates.

DOS attack from Brazil & Turkey. Brought down ISP so they disconnected World to save their servers. Attack is still on-going.
