I need to sell an original 914/6 engine lid for a friend. Very good condition and still has the original valve adjustment and tire inflation stickers on the underside. It does not have the Porsche lettering on the grill though. What is it worth?

It's value above a 914-4 engine lid lies in the 914-6 specific stickers - other than the stickers, the lids are the same for a -4 and a -6. And only for someone with a -6 in need of a lid that color. Very small market but someone out there might need it "as is".
I've made and sold close to 100 914-6GT engine lids. I've gotten core lids (with grills) for as low as $10 (somewhat beat up with multiple layers of paint) and as high as $40 (for ones in nice condition like yours).

List it on German version of ebay. You could win big.
& it is pretty easy to ship.

914/6 engine lid
I have a real 6 and believe the engine lid for a 6 is different because the 6 does not have the rain tray the torsion springs are weaker. I have had (and still do) lots of 4 cylinder cars and they spring up very fast but my 6 does not and to get it to open all the way I have to use a extending prop rod.
