I have a '72 rolling chassis for sale. It has what appears to be fairly new brakes and suspension. The front clip is absolutely mint and the passenger floorboard needs replacement. The longs are very solid and straight, but the jack points need replacing. The engine compartment is very rustfree except for one thumb-sized area in the inner wheel well but it is not into the console or anything. The rear trunk needs to be bead blasted to remove surface rust but no rust-through. It has fenders but no doors or deck lids. No interior, no drivetrain. The rear fenders appear to have had a little work done to them, but I cannot find any bondo or rust. I have 20 or more pictures (from every conceivable angle - I lifted it up in the air and got under it with a camera) if anyone is interested. I am located in Indianapolis but I will be making a trip to Southern Tennessee in the next couple weeks and would meet someone for delivery.
I am asking $300 obo for the chassis. This would make a great restoration project. I have a clear NC title. It needs to be sandblasted and have a floor panel replacement as well as jack points to be a great rust free chassis. I bought it to restore but then I decided that I wanted a '6' and so now (like every other '6' owner) I need cash for my project. Please email me at aridils@hotmail.com Thanks, Trent |
