I just got my hands on a 1971 911s. The 2.2 litre is going in my 1974 914. So, my old motor (runinggreat) is up for grabs, and so is the rolling chassis of this 71 911s. I has a great interior, but needs some body work, and a complete re-paint. It sure would make a nice race car. I will consider all offers on this 1.8 litre motor. I just had it rebuilt 1 year ago, and since it has only 15,000 miles on it. I have 3700 into the motor. If I do not sell it I do not know what I am going to do with it! Buggy Project???

Hi,
If you have not already sold this would you be willing to sell the exhaust system minus the mufflers. Thanks Mike |

Sure, as of right now it is still in my car. I just finished the suspension. Woa, man this is a must for all 914 owners. 911 suspension is the most insane upgrade you can do to a 914. My car literally - is 1000 times more fun to drive. All of the old corners that I used to come out of in 3rd are now 4th gear exits at high rpm. It is like a brand new car. I am learning to drive it all over again. The six is torn down and being cherried out. I just gave my covers and etc to olympic plating here in escondido. I imagine that after there done it will be a few weeks before the motor goes in my car, but the xhaust will be just sitting. I have no use for it. Make me an offer.......

I emailed you pics of the exchangers. This system does not leak, and works very well.
