Needle Bearing Front A-Arm Bushing kits
Needle Bearing Kit to replace Poly bushings.
Recommended for race applications but can be used on the street if proper maintance is performed once a year (lubed and inspected) Basic description of kit: Inner Race installed on shaft of A-Arm (Hardened and Centerless ground from Bearing Grade material) Needle Bearings for Main Shaft, Thrust Washers and Thrust Bearing Advantage: No squeeks like the Poly bushings, less friction than Poly, let your shocks and springs (coil or torsion) work correctly instead of fighting the stiction of the Poly (smoother ride) Bearing inserts can be replaced years from now if need be at a minimal cost (less than brass or poly bushings) Disadvantage: More road noise will be transmitted into the vehicle. Need to be inspected once a year. ![]() ![]() See them in person at Dunkels Swapmeet this weekend. $390 per set this weekend. Last edited by mike mueller; 01-29-2003 at 12:59 PM.. |

One original 914/6 (powered by a 3.0), knocked 1 second off his time first lap out (he had the rears done also)
One local F Production 914/4 installed last weekend and one F Production car back East. Does JP's car count as a "race car"?? ![]() Plus a few street cars..... Mike
