1.7 Rebuilt Engine
1.7 Engine for sale. Rebuilt and running on my engine stand.
New rings, bearings,seals, and rebuilt heads. I want to sell it as a long block, but I have parts to sell it with the top end all ready to install. I have been rebuilding Type 1 and IV engines for over 30 years. $750 in Atlanta. |

I can set it up with a Holly/ Weber 32/36 single carb or with twin 32MM Solex single barrel carbs. I have only these two set ups as I always "run in" new engines and use these setups to do so. Since I hate to part with my only carb sets I will take $900 for a fully set up engine with all cooling tin and an "09" Distributor. I have all the receipts for the new parts that went into this engine. OH! I have Two fuel injection systems if you prefer. Neither has run in many years.
My son raced a 914 in SCCA "E" production ( 1998 southeast champion) so we have all kinds of carbs and parts. We have a 2.0 L engine that has many mods that Blake used to troll for 5.0 L Mustangs with. I think he wants about $1000 but it should be rebuilt. Also on an engine stand and we ran it two weeks ago. |
