Wilk is right- It's dead as far as I can tell. Too many daddy's girls driving Boxters and listening to Brittney as they drive around. Don't know what the world is coming to.
It's sort of like the jeep wave- In case you don't know; the Jeep wave was a way of acknowledging other Jeep drivers by waving your hand as you passed by- Lasted for 50 years until the CJ's were no longer made and Jeeps became a status simbol (barf).

Hey Wilk- BTW, were you able to work with the old DME out of my car? Just curious what was wrong with it.

Got it! The flash... I still do it when I spot another 924 or 944. There are not many of them out here in Dubai, so when you see one, its a good event.

There is sometimes a flash or a hand wave...

FR- can you include a device that would monitor than surrounding 1/4 mile and detect the bosch dme, and would automatically flash them for you..............

Also if you could wire my headlights to pop up with a couple of machine guns....that would be highly appreciated.

Some people are like Slinkies. Not really good for anything, but you
still can't help but smile when you see one tumble down the stairs.

lol, there are soo many bimmers on the road now, lol, you would be flashing every 5 mins!
I live in IOWA and there are still lots of BMW's on the road, not many mini's though. I have seen like 19 bmw mini's on the road.
Well, there is such a large population, it's just like driving a ford escort and seeing another ford escort driver and flashing (not the same effect as a Porsche)
