Interchangeability question

I can get a window motor for my drivers side 944 for $20 plus shipping off a 76 924. Question is, are they interchangeble? I do not know the parts number of the 924, therefore I don't know if it would work. The weather here is becoming so beautiful, that to not have a working window is a downright shame!

I just gotta have that, man. Plus, I have gotten many switches (one had shorted out the motor and killed it) and still need two more since the ones I've been getting don't work well.
