Current Drain

I have a 944 1986 turbo. I have noticed that there is a constant current drain from the battery even when the ignition is off. The drain is 20 milliamps. This runs the battery down in about 2 weeks. I have pulled out each relay, one at a time, to try and seen where the current is going. No single relay had any effect whosoever. Does anyone have any ideas where I should look or is this normal? Car has a clock that works but I cannot imagine it drawing 20MA. Thanks for help in advance.
