I'm trying to install my test pipe. I have a problem that is pissing me off! There is a particular bolt connecting the pipe to the header and a 12mm is too small but a 13mm is too big. Its also damn near impossible to get it on the bolt. I've tried everything I can think of. Now everytime I go through my garage, I see the test pipe and its like its laughing at me For those of you that have installed test pipes or downpipes, can you help me!?!?!?!?

It sounds like someone has changed a bolt with a Standard bolt. Has this car had a clutch put in? That could explain how it could have gotten changed. Any way, try a 7/16 wrench, if it fits, it's been changed. The worst that could happen is break, or cut the nut off and replace it. One thing that helps is, use a long extension, a universal joint and a socket to remove the bolts. It worked great for me.

I tried my teeth but I got too much rust on them.

Thanks for the advice. I'll try it tomorrow. I tried metric and standard but I didn't use a 7/16 I don't think. I don't know! This has racked my brain because I thought it would be easy. I also used a universal too. I may have to cut the bolt off. This will not beat me!!!! I'll take any other advice anyone wants to give too.

The beast has been slayed!!!!! I was using the right size on the one bolt I was having troubles getting to, but I wasn't getting the right angle. I had a similar incident on the next one but I used a 1/2 standard to get it off and all of the rest were 13mm. Thanks for all the advice guys. I'll be back if it rears its ugly head again.

The job is complete. I got everything off and back on! I seem to feel a little more of a kick around 3K again. I'm pleased. I also have a nice exhaust note too! At idle, the Borla keeps my noise down. Not quite as loud as you lm6y. When I accelerate I sound similar to yours! (I saw and heard you leave Funfest)

Different things may be racial slurs to different people. That is why you must respect people when they say that something was offensive.

"Afro-Engineered" You have to be kidding me. If you think that is any better, then you must not understand why the other thing wasn't appropriate. I'm not colored, and I'm not stupid. I can see exactly why something like that can be offensive. It has no place in todays world, let alone here at Pelican.

What if somebody says "Euro-Engineered." Is that acceptable? Surely it is. Why then would "Afro-Engineered" be so bad?
