Auto-trans switch to 5-speed?
How difficult is it to put a 5-speed in a 944N/A that came with a automatic? I just cannot enjoy the auto like I would like. thanks.

It's not so much that it would be difficult as it would be expensive. You would need to put a new tranny in all together plus the a new shifter and all the stuff that goes with a manual. Unless you are really mechanically inclined and can do it on your own, then I would say just sell the auto and buy a 5 speed.
