LMFAO

Some of those Neons are using the Eclipse 2.0(4G63) motor. That motor does have balance shafts, so balance shaft belts maybe? Bad half shaft, bent spindle, bent wheel, tire fell off, faulty muffler bearing, you name it.

The only time my car shakes is when I'm close to Mach 1.

When was the last time you changed your timing and balance belts and/or cam chain and tensioner?

How many miles on the neon? two of the people at my work have neons. one just had an engine rebuilt for the same problem you have, the other is getting there... that, and their freaking parking break alarm goes off for no reason.

the anti-flutter spring in the articulation valve assembly is probably broken. It's easy to find, sits right behind the exhaust-gas intake suppressor. you have to remove the three screws attaching the occluded throughput housing though. manual says it's about a half-hour job
