It has the pull out bar, but will not pull out! It is not the radio with 4 holes in the corners.
Also, the radio had "CODE" flashing, how do I find out the Code?

You need the radio manual. It should cover removal, and have the code on the cover.

I have a blaupunkt now, extraction tool is like a wire tweezer. You have to insert it in the four holes you say,not sure how do you need to move it,but try different positions,it may work.
Donīt know if old blaupunkts are the same,i had a pioneer and it needed a little metal plate to extract it. Regarding "code"...have you damaged the contacts of the extractable front? If front is damaged, according to an electrician friend of mine, you need to change the radio...

I had a similar problem with another make.
if it "has" a pull out bar, it MUST just pull out. if it's not often removed chances are its just very tight, give it a darned old hard tug, OR try short tugs, or try wiglling it from side to side NO keys are needed with a pullout bar system CODE, means its been powered down and you need the anti-theft code, if you dont have this Pawsh dealers can advies, there is a tech bulletin, i dont have access to it, but ask here
