S2 pinion gear removal
Does anyone know how to remove the 2nd gear from S2 pinion? The manual says "just press it out", but in reality a 20 ton press couldn't shift it even a little bit! There must be some trick... Maybe it has some additional circlip between 2nd gear and synchro hub not shown on the diagram... but in that case the manual is wrong.

Check the factory manuals on transmission repair.

That's the problem - I do as the repair manual says, but the 2nd gear is not comming out...
