lol ronin - its still only a 924 with the body kit - i never got the vented nose panel in ( still in my garage damn welding poins ) and the hood scoope is still to go on which is in my friends garage lol - the car is a 5 speed - 1982 924 (125bhp) also got the brake disk conversion (5 lugs)
I swapped the car with my friend for a daily driver a while back - cause i didnt needed it (bought the 944) and was glad it went to good hands - everytime i see the car back in my driveway i fell sad and happy at once lol - |

Frankydoom... I like the old 924's backup light treatment. Very nicely done.
I sprayed the entire rear lens red and sweated the annual inspection. No need, it passed without comment. I guess pink b/u lights are OK in Texas...

I was wondering that too. is it like "fush" "foosh" "fook" or "fuke"?

Fook, I think!
I went up and looked at the tires on the 944. 215/55/ZR16 front 245/45/ZR16 rears

The german pronunciation is WEIRD.
Download the wav file (its really small).... and listen to how he pronounces the following words. http://www.ex.ac.uk/german/abinitio/pronounce/audio/brauch.wav The wav file for pronouncing... Brauch (custom) Bräuche (customs) Strauch (bunch) Sträucher (bunches) Buch (book) Bücher (books) Loch (hole) Löcher (holes) Tuch (cloth) Tücher (cloths) I guess fuch sounds like tuch (cloth). What an incredible waste of time......

first of all, it's Fuchs, and not Fuch. it is the German word for fox. the word is pronounced "fukks" with the 'u' having the same sound as 'oo' such as in good or wood, but with a shorter duration. very simple actually
in this case, the 'ch' sound is not pronounced similar to 'sh' (as in *****) but is more pronounced as the 'ch' in achtung. however, over time the common pronunciation changed the 'ch' sound to 'kk'
