Traded my 944

After much thought, I traded my 1987 944 for my pal's 1986 Ford Mustang SVO. It wasn't easy, but I am happy.

The SVO is an important part of the Ford Mustang history and it really has the same performance as my 944 and hopefully will be less expensive to maintain.

I wanted to thank each of you who have replied to my posts, you have been invaluable in the maintenance of the car.

Thanks!

Traded your 944 for a Mustang?

Let the flaming begin!

But seriously... if I had the money I would trade mine for a NEW cobra.

A girlfriend of long ago told me her dad had a Mustang SVO and it was in the shop most of the time, hope you have better luck.

Yea, I expect to get ripped by swapping a Porsche for a Ford, but so be it.

I have owned several Porsches and they are great cars, but I was in the mood for a change and really like the design of the SVO.

If I get tired of the SVO - I sell it!!! It's just a hobby car for me.
